Wonderware SmartGlance - Quiet Hours for Alert Notifications and more for Android

We've just released a significant feature update for the Wonderware SmartGlance Android platform.
Now you can specify, for every day of the week, when you want to receive push notifications from your configured alerts.

Brand new "What's new" in-app  feature highlight.

Customers love the ability to effortlessly configure personalized alerts based on tags or data points that matter to them. It allows each Wonderware SmartGlance user the ability to selectively and proactively get notified when operating thresholds are met or events triggered from their production process or from critical assets that are directly relevant to their job.

The key to keeping alerts meaningful is to balance periods of time when it makes sense to receive them vs when it doesn't. For example, muting alerts at the end of a shift or during a known planned maintenance period where alerts might be unnecessarily triggered.

Check out the screenshots below of this feature in action.

Example schedule of when Wonderware SmartGlance
alerts are allowed to notify the user.

Simple and easy to use clock widget
to select period start times and end times.

We hope that you will find this new capability very useful to help you better manage your time and energy so that you can be completely connected and online when you need to be and offline when you don't.

Until the next update.

    1. Hi Deon,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately at this time, other than the configuration screen where you initially set the alert range, we are not otherwise displaying this information.

We appreciate your feedback however and may find ways to incorporate it into the product in the near future.

      Regards,
      Saadi
